We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our policy is designed to make returns straightforward.

Our Returns Policy

You can return any unwanted items for a full refund, provided they are received by us within 28 days from the date we dispatched your order. Please note that the original outbound postage cost is non-refundable.

All returned items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original labels, swing tags, and hygiene strips in place. Please try items on with care. Items returned in a damaged, marked, or worn condition cannot be refunded.

Gift boxes, hair bands, and earrings are non-refundable. For hygiene reasons, certain brands are supplied without hygiene strips.

We aim to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 14 days during busy periods. We’ll email you as soon as your refund is processed.

Exchanges and Faulty Items

  • Exchanges: You can select an exchange option in our returns portal.
  • Faulty Items: If your item has a manufacturing fault within 30 days, contact us for a replacement or refund. For faults within 12 months, please contact our Customer Care team. We may offer a repair where possible. Please include photos to help us resolve your query quickly.

International Returns

To return an item from outside the UK, please arrange your return through our online portal. Items must be received within 28 days of dispatch. All parcels must be clearly marked “Return of Goods” and include the returns note.

The taxes, duties, and shipping costs for the return will be included in the total when you create your return via the portal.

Other Important Information

  • Refund Timing: We aim to process refunds within one week of receiving the return, but please allow two weeks during peak times.
  • Separate Parcels: Each order must be returned in its own parcel with the correct label.
  • Missing Returns Note: If you don’t have the note, simply include a written note with your order number and reason for return.
