Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which all goods are sold by Simply Beach (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) to the purchaser (“You”, “Your”) from our websites (“the Site”).

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement for each order we accept from you. By browsing or submitting an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms to the exclusion of any others.

Your Account
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you supply. It is also your responsibility to keep your account password secure and to inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a Despatch Confirmation. We reserve the right to reject any offer.

Payment is processed when the order is placed via card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Payment will appear on your statement as “Simply Beach.” All payments are processed in GBP.

Delivery and Non-Delivery
Estimated dispatch times are displayed on the site but are not guaranteed. Delivery costs and options are shown at checkout. Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery.

If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, you must notify our Customer Services team within 14 days of the latest estimated delivery date. Failure to do so may affect our ability to resolve the issue.

Pricing, Availability, and Cancellation
All prices are subject to change. If an item is not in stock, we will provide an estimated timescale for availability, which is not a guarantee.

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, you must inform us of your decision. A full refund, including standard delivery costs, will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them as you would in a store.

Returns
You may return your order, or part of it, for a refund for any reason for up to 28 days from the date we dispatched it. Returned items must be unused, in ‘as new’ condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
